Nathalie Lafon

Nathalie Lafon is an experienced digital learning project manager currently serving as Chef de projet digital learning at Didask since August 2023. Previously, Nathalie held the position of Responsable de projets et de transformation digitale at Eléas for a brief period in early 2023, following a long tenure at Demos Formations from August 2008 to February 2023 as Consultante - Chef de projet digital learning. In this role, Nathalie specialized in creating customized blended training programs, including regulatory and certification courses, overseeing the entire process from context analysis to content development using various e-learning tools. Nathalie also has experience in e-learning design at Webcontents and multimedia project management in the health sector at Imagence, further complemented by project management and linguistic expertise at Mediavita. Nathalie's educational background includes advanced degrees in theoretical, formal, and automatic linguistics from Université Paris Cité, and master's degrees in computational linguistics and French as a foreign language.
