Angela Ozera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience strategy and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Customer Experience Strategy at DiDi since September 2021, Angela has previously held managerial roles at Deloitte and worked as a Strategy & Operations Consultant from June 2013 to August 2017. Angela started their career as a Marketing & Sales Intern at Sensata Technologies in 2012. Angela earned a degree in Business Management from Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2009 to 2012.
