Francisco Castillo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Latam Finance Manager for FP&A at DiDi since September 2021, Francisco oversees finance strategies for DiDi Food, Grocery, and Entrega in several Latin American countries. Previous roles include Regional Finance Manager and Finance Manager at DiDi, where responsibilities focused on financial partnerships and launching new operations. As Head of Finance at Jobandtalent, Francisco managed comprehensive finance functions, while experience as Investment Officer at Tuluni International LLC involved preparing investment due diligence reports. Francisco founded Power Cargo, providing logistics services for electric scooter and bike-sharing enterprises, and held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Andean Cacao, leading debt fundraising efforts. With a strong analytical background from roles at LAEFM, supported by an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Los Andes and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Universidad EAFIT, Francisco has demonstrated expertise in finance management within diverse environments.
