Michèle Rodoni

Michèle Rodoni currently serves as CEO and holds multiple leadership roles, including Responsable Management du Marché and Responsable Prévoyance at Die Mobiliar since January 2012. Additionally, Michèle Rodoni is a member of the board of directors at Ringier AG since April 2022. Previous positions include Solvency II Programme Director at Aviva Europe from September 2009 to March 2012, and member of the board of directors and audit committee at Helsana Versicherungen AG from March 2006 to March 2012. Michèle Rodoni has also worked as Senior Vice President at Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie and as Head of Finance & Business Development in the International Division at Swiss Life. Earlier career experience includes a significant tenure at La Suisse Assurances, where Michèle Rodoni was a member of the executive board and served as Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer. Academic qualifications include an Executive Program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Master’s degree in Actuary from HEC Lausanne.
