Pius Fiala

Pius Fiala has over two decades of experience in the insurance and legal sectors, currently serving as Teamleiter Haftpflicht-Komplexschaden and Jurist Haftpflicht-Komplexschaden at Die Mobiliar since March 2003. Fiala previously held the role of Direktions-Schadeninspektor at both Die Mobiliar (1996-2001) and Basler Versicherung AG (2001-2003). Additionally, Fiala has contributed as a Dozent at various educational institutions since August 2008, and served as a Nebenamtlicher Richter at Kreisgericht Rheintal from July 2015 to December 2018. Academic qualifications include a CAS IRP-HSG in Haftpflicht- und Versicherungsrecht from the University of St.Gallen (2011-2012), a pat.
