Stephan Kocher

Stephan Kocher has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the Head of IT-Strategy, IT Process & SLA at Die Mobiliar since September 2014. In this role, Kocher oversees the IT strategy process and service level management throughout the organization. Prior to this position, Kocher worked at ISC-EJPD for over a decade, initially as a System Engineer and later as a Senior System Engineer and deputy team leader, focusing on system engineering, project management, and troubleshooting. Kocher's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Strategy from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, a CAS in Leadership from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, and an executive management program from Hult Ashridge Executive Education. Kocher is also certified in ITIL 4 and SAFe Agilist methodologies, with additional training in various IT domains.
