Yvonne Knoepfel

Yvonne Knoepfel is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in international HR management, talent acquisition, and change management. Yvonne has held key positions at notable organizations, including Specialist International HRM at La Poste Suisse, Human Resources Business Partner at Sécheron SA, and HR Manager roles at both the International Committee of the Red Cross and Médecins Sans Frontières. Additionally, Yvonne contributed to the United Nations as a Human Resources/Change Management Specialist. Academically, Yvonne holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Geneva Graduate Institute and is currently pursuing further studies at Middlebury College.
