Benoît Francis

Ben Ostrander, PMP, currently serves as a Consultant at PCI Government Services LLC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ben held positions as Project Manager at Craneware from July 2022 to June 2023 and at Carilion Clinic from May 2016 to July 2022. Ben's project management experience also includes a role at JPI from 2015 to 2016 and Senior Consultant at Integrated Federal Solutions from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in the career, Ben worked as a Financial Analyst at BAE Systems from 2012 to 2013 and as a Management Consultant at BDO USA, LLP from 2009 to 2012. Ben earned a Master's degree in Trust & Investment Management from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Bridgewater College.
