Florian Hermes

Florian Hermes is an experienced professional in retail software operations and support, currently serving as Vice President of Retail Software M&S/SaaS Operations at Diebold Nixdorf since June 2014. With a focus on end-to-end software support, Florian leads a team of approximately 200 individuals to ensure exceptional service delivery to global retail customers. Previous roles include Global Head of Retail Software Maintenance & Support and Head of Software Maintenance & Support EMEA, where Florian was instrumental in implementing a global Maintenance & Support model. Early career experiences include consulting at Wincor Nixdorf Retail Consulting GmbH and production planning at Baader Johnson, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration from NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Management with Engineering from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen.
