Jonathan Stark

Jonathan Stark currently serves as Vice President and Executive Counsel for Global Labor & Employment and Environmental, Health & Safety at Diebold Nixdorf, a position held since 2014. In this role, Jonathan has transformed global labor and employment operations, significantly reducing legal expenses and enhancing HR's support for executive leadership on key business strategies and regulatory compliance matters. Prior to this, Jonathan was a shareholder at Brouse McDowell from 2008 to 2014, where expertise in employment and business law was developed, focusing on international expansion and complex compliant agreements. Earlier experience includes serving as a partner at Schneider Smeltz Spieth Bell LLP from 1997 to 2008. Jonathan Stark holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College.
