René Lauxtermann is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at Diebold Nixdorf since August 2016, currently serving as Senior Director Finance for Europe. In this role, René oversees financial performance management, business planning, deal reviews, and compliance within the Nordic region, while also managing pricing strategies across Eurasia. Previously, René contributed to post-merger integration efforts after the merger of Diebold Inc. and Wincor Nixdorf AG, focusing on financial modeling and synergy evaluation. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant to the Board of Directors at Wincor Nixdorf and Sales Manager for South East Europe, coupled with a Master's degree in International Management from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor's in International Business.
