Guido Heise

Guido Heise has extensive experience in the manufacturing and military sectors, beginning with service as a private first class in the German armed forces from January to December 1991. Prior to that, Guido served as a machinery mechanic and fitter at Dieffenbacher from March 1989 to December 1990, where qualification for assembly manager was achieved. Since January 1992, Guido has held various leadership roles at Dieffenbacher, including team leader for personnel operations, acting head of department, and site manager, demonstrating a strong focus on personnel planning, installation, and commissioning mechanics throughout tenure.
