Konstantin Penski has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Konstantin began their career as an Industriemechaniker at Hosokawa BEPEX from 2001 to 2004. Konstantin then worked as a Konstrukteur at GRATZ Engineering GmbH from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they joined John Deere as a Konstrukteur from 2007 to 2010. Konstantin's longest tenure was at Dieffenbacher, where they held multiple positions. Konstantin worked as a Konstrukteur Energiesysteme from 2010 to 2013, a Konstrukteur Beleimungssysteme / Formstation from 2013 to 2015, and a Konstruktions-, Verfahrens- und Planungsingenieur from 2016 to 2021.
