Sebastian Ritter has a strong background in the wood industry, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Sebastian started their career in 2003 at Kronospan, where they worked as a Technologist and Deputy Production Manager for three years. Sebastian then moved to M. Kaindl Holzindustrie in 2006, where they served as an MDF & Chipboard Technologist for a few months. In 2007, they joined SIA Bolderaja "Ltd." as a Technologist, Project Manager, and Technical Manager for three years. In 2010, they joined Pfleiderer Holzwerkstoffe GmbH, initially as a Process Engineer Group Technology, and later transitioning into the role of Process Engineer. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Head of Corporate Project Management and Engineering. Currently, Sebastian Ritter works at Dieffenbacher as a Senior Sales Manager and recently transitioned into the role of Area Sales Director for Europe.
Sebastian Ritter attended FH Rosenheim, University of Applied Sciences from 1998 to 2003, earning a Dipl. Ing. degree in Wood Technology. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Project Management Associate and a Certified Senior Project Manager from the International Project Management Association.
