Biao Chen

Biao Chen has over 30 years of experience in various purchasing and procurement roles. BIAO started their career as a teacher before transitioning into the corporate world. BIAO worked at multiple companies, including Honeywell, Diehl Controls, Kimball Electronics, Shanghai Sunplus Communication Technology, and Yuhua TelTech. In their roles, they were responsible for managing the purchasing department, setting up purchasing strategies, negotiating contracts, optimizing the supply base, and ensuring the smooth running of the supply chain. Biao Chen also focused on cost analysis, supplier evaluation, and introducing new suppliers. BIAO has a strong background in metal-related materials and components, including rare earth materials. Overall, Biao Chen has demonstrated a proven track record of success in procurement and sourcing.

Biao Chen's education history begins in 1987 when they enrolled at Jinling Institute of Technology. They pursued a degree in Industrial Electric Automation and completed their studies in 1990. From 1991 to 1993, Biao Chen attended Nanjing University of Science and Technology, where they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Wire Electrical Engineering. Their educational journey continued with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Hong Kong Baptist University from 2008 to 2010.
