Reinaldo Robles

Reinaldo Robles has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Reinaldo began their career as a Communications Analyst at Empresas Polar in 1999 and then moved on to various roles within the company's Human Resources department. Reinaldo served as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, and eventually became the Human Resources Manager for the Ice Cream business unit. Reinaldo implemented an incentive program that resulted in a decrease in absenteeism and increased ice cream production. In 2016, they joined Perrigo Company plc as a Human Resources Manager, where they successfully restructured the operational vacancies' hiring process. In 2018, Reinaldo joined Stericycle as the National Human Resources Manager, where they developed and managed various Human Resources processes and strategies. Finally, in 2020, they became the HR Director at Diehl Controls.

Reinaldo Robles completed their University Degree in Communication at the Universidad Central de Venezuela from 1994 to 2000. Later, from 2007 to 2011, they obtained a Master's in Organizational Development with a specialization in Human Resources from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. In terms of additional certifications, Reinaldo earned a Diploma in Competence Management from MARTHA ALLES International in December 2006. In September 2014, they also obtained an Ontological Coaching Certificate from Indelser. More recently, in September 2020, Reinaldo completed a certification in Human Resources: Payroll through LinkedIn.
