Caio Lamin

Caio Lamin has been working in the design industry since 2009. Caio started their career as a Graphic Designer at AlphaGraphics in 2009. In 2011, they moved to Agência Métrica as a UX Designer. In 2021, they joined Diel Energia as Head of UX, where they are responsible for the coordination and direction of UX design for the company's digital products, including the Dashboard, App, and Website. Their work is based on research, methodologies, interviews and studies conducted directly with users of the digital products, customers, or internal users, and they convert the reported pains into solutions for the user.

Caio Lamin has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Graphic Design from UNESA, which they earned between 2019 and 2021.
