Heather Siegler has extensive experience in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as Sr. Talent Manager at Dierbergs Markets since May 2016, where responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruiting, building relationships with senior leaders, and enhancing the employment brand through community outreach. Previously, Heather worked at Sherwin-Williams Paints from November 2009 to May 2016 as an HR Area Recruitment Specialist, supporting talent planning for a five-state region, and held various management roles, including MTP/Assistant Store Manager. Earlier experience includes a Credit Manager position at Wells Fargo and a Summer Management Internship at Sherwin-Williams. Heather earned a Bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Eastern Illinois University in 2009.

Dierbergs Markets is a privately owned, family-run business in its 4th generation of leadership. Originating in 1854 with its first location on Olive Street Road, it has grown to 25 stores primarily in the St. Louis region, with two stores in Illinois, and one in the Ozarks. In addition, there are 3 plant facilities; a Central Bakery, Central Kitchen, and Central Floral Design facility which supports the store operations. Dierbergs currently has over 4,000 Associates company-wide who share in our 166-year history and uphold our reputation built on hard work, personal service and a commitment to meeting the growing needs of our area through Community service.
