Mariana Quiroz Derpsch is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and culture management across multiple companies and industries. Currently serving as Regional Talent and Culture Manager at EssilorLuxottica, Mariana is responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition and development projects across 11 countries.
