Kristin Aylsworth

Kristin Aylsworth, SHRM-CP, has served as a corporate recruiter and held various human resources roles at Dierbergs Markets since September 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating high-profile company events and managing several recognition and operational programs. Prior experience includes working as an HR/Employee Experience Assistant at the St. Louis Rams, where Kristin reviewed employment applications and administered assessments, as well as serving as an HR/Employee Experience Intern and Sales Representative in which lead generation and sales opportunities were identified. Earlier career experience includes technical writing for Titan International US, focusing on user documentation and marketing materials.
