Fabio Fratta

Fabio Fratta currently serves as Chief Strategy Program Officer and Outlet & Intimate BU Director at Diesel since July 2023. With prior experience at Bain & Company from January 2019 to June 2023, where roles included Senior Manager, Manager, and Consultant, Fabio also completed an MBA Exchange at IE Business School in late 2018 and held a Summer Associate position at Bain in mid-2018. Academic credentials include an MBA from SDA Bocconi (2017-2018), a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma (2011-2012), and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the same institution (2008-2010). Earlier in career development, positions included engineering roles at Dell EMC and Baxter Healthcare, alongside internships at ENEA and Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza” focusing on experimental thesis work in biomechanics.
