Oliwia Heyducka

Oliwia Heyducka has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Associate at Vans, a VF Company, where they served customers until March 2020. From August 2020 to January 2021, they worked as a Sales Associate at Lee Cooper. In April 2021, they joined Levis' Store as a Stylist and remained there until November 2021. From July 2022 to October 2022, Oliwia worked as a Branch Manager at AMBIT i EU Language School. Currently, they serve as an HR & Administration Assistant at Dietly.pl, a marketplace for dietary catering services, starting from October 2022.

Oliwia Heyducka's education history begins with their obtaining a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Socjologia from the University of Gdansk from 2019 to 2022. Oliwia then pursued further education at the Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk, where they earned a Magister (Mgr) degree in Zarządzanie from 2022 to 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Oliwia has also obtained several certifications. Oliwia received certifications in "Kadry i Płace" and "Rekrutacja zdalna okiem rekrutera i kandydata" from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu in February 2023. Oliwia also obtained a certification in "Skuteczny proces oceny pracownika oparty na kompetencjach jako ważny czynnik motywacyjny" from Akademia WSB - WSB University in February 2023. Oliwia acquired a certification in "Certyfikacja eRecruiter" from eRecruiter in December 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Analityka w rekrutacji," "Candidate Experience w rekrutacji," "Employer Branding w rekrutacji," and "eRecruiter Lab 3.0 - 4 kroki do nowoczesnej komunikacji w HR" from TRAFFIT in November 2022. Finally, Oliwia obtained a B2 level English language certificate from Uniwersytet Gdański in June 2021.
