Reem Alshihhe

Reem AlShihhe currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Human Resources and Business Excellence at DIFC Courts, a role held since August 2010. In this position, Reem AlShihhe provides strategic guidance in people management practices, focusing on effective decision-making and the improvement of organizational processes. Prior to this, Reem AlShihhe worked as a Senior Relationship Specialist in Human Capital at DIFC from September 2005 to August 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, a Young Leadership Program certification from the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development, and two bachelor's degrees in Information Management and Information Technology from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
