John van Hattem

John Van Hattem possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the service and maintenance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Maintenance Business Line at :Different, John previously held the position of General Manager - Home Services at Urban Company and was the CEO of Outix Pty Ltd, where operational and cultural transformations were key focuses for driving business growth. Additional roles include Director of Business and Operational Excellence at Civica International and Manager of Strategy & Operations at PwC - Management Consulting. John holds a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from UNSW and an MBA in Strategy from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
