Laurent Othacéhé

Laurent Othacéhé has over 30 years of experience in the field service industry. In 1987, they began their career as Division Director at PAFEC, where they were responsible for the development and launch of a highly innovative real-time Workforce Management product for the Emergency Services market. Laurent drove business expansion from the UK into market leadership across Europe before PAFEC was sold to SER. In 1998, they founded and became a Director at Blue 8 (MBO from SER). In 2002, they founded and became the CEO of 360 Scheduling, where they created and took to market a revolutionary Cloud-based real-time Scheduling and Optimisation Engine for the Field Service industry which quickly became dominant in its UK home market. Laurent drove business expansion into Europe and the USA, leading to the company being recognised as having world-leading technology and vision, as well as being able to deliver transformative solutions to the largest customers. 360 Scheduling was sold to IFS A. In 2010, they were hired by IFS as Senior VP and Head of IFS Service, where they drove the worldwide development of IFS's Field Service activity following the acquisition of 360 Scheduling, with particular emphasis on the ASIA/PAC market. Laurent was responsible for doubling revenue in two years. In 2014, they co-founded 7Opteam in order to take highly innovative Field Service Management and Optimization products to the French market. Laurent advises the Board on a non-executive basis. In 2015, they were hired by private equity owners to become the CEO of Cognito iQ, where they re-organised the company and led the move to a native Cloud product suite and modern engineering practices. This resulted in sustained growth and the acquisition of new large customers. In 2022, they became a Non-Executive Director at DiffusionData. In 2023, they became a Board Advisor at Global Pricing Innovations (GPI).

Laurent Othacéhé earned a Master of Engineering from ENIB in 1987.
