Brian Coakley

Brian Coakley has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. From 2016 to present, they have held the roles of Director of Operations and Multi Unit Manager at Dig. From 2015 to 2016, they served as General Manager at 5 Napkin Burger, overseeing daily operations and using the store as a training center for management. Prior to this, they worked at Outback Steakhouse from 2001 to 2015, where they held the roles of Managing Partner/ Regional Joint Venture Partner Intern. In this role, they coordinated operations of multiple units and oversaw day to day operations in their location, while also hiring, developing, and mentoring managers for the region. Brian was also part of the senior partner development team, coaching and leading fellow managing partners in the company.
