Operations Manager at Dig Inn Seasonal Market

Cindy Lin has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 with a Visitor Services Representative role at 34th Street Partnership, where they were hired after their internship to become a part time employee. In this role, they were responsible for guiding tourists from around the world, giving them detailed directions and information on events occurring in the city, as well as training high school interns during the summers. In 2010, they became a Learning Assistant at Syracuse University, where they assisted with all culinary courses offered in the University and was in charge of directing students when questions arose about tasks, assignments, gathering ingredients, cleaning and organizing kitchen areas. In 2011, they took on the role of Agencies Account Coordinator at Smart Apartments, where they were responsible for all property listings on agencies that the company advertises with, updating pricing, descriptions and other information regarding the listing/property. In 2013, they became a Manager in Training at Compass Group North America, and in 2014 was promoted to Assistant Director of Dining Services/Production Manager. Finally, in 2017, they became an Operations Manager, Chef Operator, and Executive Sous Chef/Chef De Cuisine at Dig.

Cindy Lin attended Syracuse University from 2009 to 2013, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hospitality Management. Cindy then pursued further studies in Hospitality Administration/Management at Syracuse University. Cindy also holds a NY Food Handlers certification from the NY DOH.
