Josh Jastrzembski has worked in the food industry since 2005. Josh began their career as the Head Pastry Chef at Savona in 2005. In 2009, they moved to Verdad Restaurant and Tequila Bar as Sous Chef. In 2011, they became the Head Chef at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, and in 2018, they were promoted to Executive Chef at the same company. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Dig as Operations Manager and Chef Operator.
Josh Jastrzembski attended Washington Township High School from 1999 to 2003. Josh then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Pastry Arts from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, which they completed in 2006.
