Celine Caulet

Celine Caulet has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Regional Operations Sustainability Business Partner for Europe at Givaudan since January 2014. Celine has held various leadership roles at Givaudan, including Regional Head of Supply for Europe, South Asia, Middle East, and Africa, and Regional Supply Planning Manager for the EAME region. Prior to Givaudan, Celine worked as a Planning Manager at ESAB and as a Production Planner and Team Leader at Danone. Early career experiences include training roles at GSK, Danone, and Elinove. Celine holds a Specialized Master in Global Sourcing and Supply Chain from HEC Paris and a Master of Science in Food Industry Engineering from L'Institut Agro Montpellier, along with a certification in Strategy Execution from IMD.
