Amy Wellhoefer Schmidt is an experienced marketing and insights professional with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as Director of Insights at Dig Insights since April 2022, Amy previously held the position of Strategic Insights Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, where core research capabilities were enhanced through innovative solutions. As a former Marketing Research Manager at Dig Insights, Amy led strategic studies for major healthcare clients. In a consultancy role from 2012 to 2020, Amy offered expertise in consumer insights and marketing strategy. Prior experiences include directing the Center for Brand and Product Management at the Wisconsin School of Business, managing research at S.C. Johnson, and conducting market research at Kraft Foods, contributing to the launch of over 30 new products. Amy holds an MS in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Business from Valparaiso University.
