Christine Mühlhoff

Christine Moser has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since July 2015. Moser has held various titles including HR Manager for Commercial Sales & Off Highway, Human Resources Business Partner, and Global Labor Relations Leader. Key responsibilities included acting as a liaison for union negotiations, overseeing grievance processes, and managing hiring and onboarding activities. Moser also contributed to employee relations, compliance with contract language, and the development of global HR programs. Prior experience includes a Graduate Assistant position at West Virginia University and a Global Ops Human Resource Internship at Goodyear. Moser holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from West Virginia University.
