Meghana Laddha

Meghana Laddha has a wealth of experience in the supply chain and operations industry. Meghana began their career in 2005 as a Sr. Industrial Manager at Wilbar International Inc. In 2008, they were promoted to Director of Strategic Planning and Forecasting, where they developed and implemented forecasting and demand planning procedures. In 2010, they took on the role of Vice President - Sales & Operations at Trendium Pool Products Inc., where they facilitated the acquisition and product consolidation of Trendium Pool Products into the Wilbar International portfolio. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President- Global Supply Chain Executive at Wilbar International Inc., where they directed a team of 20 direct reports as well as a cross-functional unit of up to 80 employees across business strategy development and continuous improvement initiatives for the multi-national organization. In 2020, they became the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Head of Supply Chain at Diggs Pet.

Meghana Laddha earned a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 2002 and 2004. Meghana has also obtained certifications from Harvard Business School, APICS, and Villanova University, including Business Analytics, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Economics for Managers, Financial Accounting, and Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
