Dan Kobylarz

Dan Kobylarz is an experienced engineering executive with a robust background in technology development and management. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Digi International since April 2015, Dan previously held the position of Senior Director of Engineering within the same company. Prior to that role, Dan was VP of Technology at Catch Media Inc. from July 2004 to April 2015, focusing on secure content distribution solutions. Dan's engineering expertise is further highlighted by significant tenures at TeleDigital Development, Inc., first as VP Engineering (1997-2004) where a turn-key cellular control system was developed, and earlier as Director of Engineering. Additional experience includes roles at ADC, E.F. Johnson, and Motorola Mobile Devices. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and pursued further education at the University of Illinois Chicago.
