Lindsay Williams Stanton has over two decades of experience in various roles, starting from being a National Account Manager at Game Time Premiums in 2002 to becoming the President and Board Member at Digi-Me, a video technology company for talent acquisition. Lindsay also served as the Chief Member at Chief, a private network focusing on empowering women leaders. Lindsay'sexperience includes sales, client management, and strategic visioning, making their a well-rounded professional in the HR tech and leadership sectors.

Lindsay Williams Stanton attended North Central College from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Lindsay furthered their education at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Public Administration.
