Rafat Jebril is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, project management, and business development. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at DiGi Motive Technology FZCO since October 2017, Rafat leads a comprehensive technology and media partnership catering to advertisers and publishers in the region.
