Maria Vuontisvaara

Maria Vuontisvaara currently serves as the Director of Consulting and Partnerships at Digia Plc, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this, Maria was a Partner and Consultant at MOST Digital Oy from September 2016 to August 2022. Maria’s experience includes a role as the Director of PMO at Kunnan Taitoa Oy, where the focus was on developing project management methodologies and portfolio reporting systems. Earlier in the career at Tieto, Maria worked as the Lead Project Manager and Head of Finance Development Program Office, overseeing global finance projects and strategy implementation, and also held the position of Process Lead for Financial Master Data. The career began as a Product & Project Manager at Aditro from 1998 to 2006. Maria holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Jyväskylä and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from Georgetown College.
