Merita Olkkonen

Merita Olkkonen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Merita started their career as a Sales Clerk at FinnGold Oy in November 2010 and worked there until April 2014. Following that, they joined the City of Järvenpää/Järvenpään kaupunki as an HR Trainee for a brief period from May 2014 to August 2014. In 2015, they joined Microsoft as an HR Coordinator from August 2015 to February 2016. After that, they joined Digia Plc, where they held various HR roles. Merita started as a Recruitment Assistant from February 2016 to September 2016. Subsequently, they became an HR Specialist, primarily responsible for finding and recruiting professionals for Digia. Finally, they currently hold the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Digia Plc, starting from October 2021.

Merita Olkkonen obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Adult Education, Administration, and Essentials of Business Administration from the University of Tampere (1925-2018) between 2008 and 2015. Additionally, they pursued a field of study in International Business at Beijing Foreign Studies University starting from 2014.
