Thabo Mashale

Thabo Mashale is an experienced professional in client relations and project delivery, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Digiata since September 2014. Thabo specializes in automating business workflow processes, developing data visualization dashboards, and managing team dynamics while fostering strong client relationships. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer, Mid-level Systems Analyst, and Junior Systems Analyst, where Thabo showcased expertise in business intelligence solutions, ETL/ELT data pipelines, and data analysis methodologies. Prior to Digiata, Thabo worked as a Statistical Programmer at IQVIA and as a Biostatistical Programmer at PAREXEL. Thabo holds a Bachelor’s Science Honours in Geography with a focus on GIS and a Bachelor’s Science Degree in Information Technology, both from the University of the Free State.
