Poliana Dias is currently employed as a Júnior Analyst in People and Management and Product Owner at Driva since February 2023, focusing on strategy and management of company objectives, employee journey, team mentorship, internal communication, performance evaluation, and recruitment. Poliana previously worked as a Marketing Intern, developing marketing strategies and managing social media. Prior experience includes a consulting role in HR at FaçaAgora!, where responsibilities involved talent acquisition and retention, and serving as Marketing Manager at EquipeDigital.com, where Poliana implemented new marketing processes and led strategic planning for 2022. Poliana holds a degree in Journalism from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, and is pursuing a degree in Business Administration at the State University of Santa Catarina.
