Bob Lutz

Bob Lutz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at VT Group since December 2020, Lutz plays a crucial role on the NAVSEA 05H Interoperability Core Team, focusing on engineering initiatives related to Strike Force Integration. A distinguished 35-year career with the US Navy included leadership roles such as Deputy Director of C5I Interoperability Assessment, where Lutz oversaw teams addressing interoperability issues for Navy afloat forces. Previous positions encompass combat systems management on USS GEORGE H.W. BUSH and USS Theodore Roosevelt, along with significant responsibilities at U.S. Fleet Forces Command and the Board of Inspection and Survey. Lutz’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning, a Bachelor’s degree from Excelsior University, and an Associate degree in Electronics Technology from the University of Phoenix.
