Ian MacNair

Ian Macnair is an experienced finance and shared services professional currently serving as the Group Head of Shared Services at Digicel Group since June 2020, overseeing operations in 31 markets across the Caribbean, Central America, and Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Shared Services Manager at Sun International from May 2018 to August 2020, contributing to one of Africa’s largest tourism and gaming groups. Ian also served as the Director/Head of the Finance Accounting Hub at Reed Elsevier Philippines from October 2014 to September 2016, supporting a leading global provider of information and analytics. Earlier in a robust career at Regus, Ian held several significant roles, including Shared Service Centre Finance Director for the APAC region and Regional Finance Director for both India/Pakistan and Africa, playing a key role in the company’s growth across 120 countries. Ian is a qualified ACCA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
