Joel Balgobin

Joel Balgobin is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operational management, currently serving as Group Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience Technology Specialist at Digicel Group since December 2021. Previously, Joel held the role of Customer Experience Analyst at Digicel Group from September 2019 to February 2021. Joel's earlier career includes various positions at Trend Media Group, including Ad Operations & Business Intelligence Executive and Ad Operations Executive, as well as experience in mobile advertising and content moderation. Prior to that, Joel was Managing Director at Evolution Insurance Services Limited and served as an Insurance Agent at NAGICO Insurances. Educationally, Joel completed a Professional Diploma in Customer Experience from The CX Academy in 2024 and holds a degree in Computing and Information Systems from the School of Business and Computer Science, along with additional studies at the School of Accounting & Management.
