Kristle Solomon

Kristle Solomon currently serves as the Group Head of Customer Retention at Digicel Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kristle held various positions at iQor from July 2022 to October 2023, including Director of Operations and Senior Operations Manager. Kristle's earlier experience at Digicel Group spanned from March 2016 to December 2021, featuring roles such as Head of Customer Care Operations, Customer Retention Manager, and Business Development Manager. Additionally, Kristle worked at Cable & Wireless Communications from September 2009 to February 2016, where responsibilities included Communications Specialist in Stakeholder Relations and Corporate Communications Coordinator. The career began as a Public Relations Assistant at Grupo Unicomer / Unicomer Group from June 2007 to September 2009.
