Loren Nash

Loren Nash currently serves as Senior Director at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. since June 2023, having previously held various roles within 1800Flowers from October 2017, including Director of Network Service and Operations, as well as Manager and Network Engineer positions. Loren has extensive experience in networking infrastructure engineering and support, focusing on critical aspects of enterprise network management. Additionally, since June 2012, Loren has been a Customer Care Technical Manager at Digicel Group, overseeing technical support functions, developing issue-handling techniques, and ensuring high-performance objectives. Previous experience at Digicel Group from 2011 to 2012 included roles as Customer Care Team Leader and Supervisor, responsible for account adjustments and team management.
