Nadine Y. van der Woude has a diverse work experience in marketing and business consulting roles. Starting in 2007, they interned at Kraft Foods in trade marketing and category promotion. In 2009, they joined Henkel as an intern in category management and later worked on their bachelor thesis in category management. In 2010, they interned at Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG in regional marketing. Nadine Y. then completed their master's dissertation at the same company in 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a marketing consultant and business insights analyst at IRI. In 2015, they joined Nielsen as a business consultant. In 2016, they worked as a freelance business consultant for FMCG before joining Digicel Group in 2017. At Digicel, they have held various roles including marketing executive, commercial market lead, and currently serves as the head of marketing for Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao.

Nadine Y. van der Woude completed a Master of Science degree in Business and Management at the University of Plymouth from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Marketing from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences, completing their studies between 2005 and 2010.
