Thecia Kelly is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in indirect taxation and analysis. Currently serving as Indirect Tax Controller and previously as Group Tax Analyst at Digicel Group since September 2021, Thecia has also held positions such as Tax Coordinator at CEMEX and Caribbean Cement Company. Earlier experience includes roles as a Tax Associate at KPMG and multiple adjunct tutoring positions at The University of the West Indies, Mona. Thecia began a career in tax through internships at EY, where roles included Tax Intern and Assurance Intern. Thecia holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Studies, both from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
