Mike Johnson

Mike Johnson is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at DigiCert since June 2016. Mike is also a Founding Member of TechGC, an independent, invitation-only community for General Counsels where knowledge and best practices are shared. Prior to their current roles, Mike has held positions at companies such as Splunk and Amazon, as well as law firms like Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Mike holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Brigham Young University.
