Iryna Marushevska

Iryna Marushevska's work experience includes serving as Head of HR at Digicode since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ENAVATE as a Human Resources Generalist from January 2020 to March 2021, and as a Human Resources Specialist from June 2018 to December 2019. Iryna also has experience at Samsung Electronics, where they served as an HR Specialist and an GA Specialist at the Samsung R&D Institute Ukraine from July 2012 to April 2018. Iryna'sresponsibilities at Samsung included internship coordination, organizing corporate events, corporate culture improvement, newsletter authorship, and cooperation with recruitment agencies.

Iryna Marushevska completed their education from 2007 to 2012 at Kyiv National Linguistics University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Korean and English philology/interpreting. During their studies, in 2011, they were an exchange student at The University of Suwon, focusing on Korean Language and Literature. Additionally, in 2009, they also had the opportunity to be an exchange student at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, specializing in Korean Language and Literature.

In terms of certifications, Iryna Marushevska obtained the "Product Management Beginning" certification from Projector Institute in May 2023. Previously, in November 2020, they completed the "Become an L&D Professional" certification provided by LinkedIn.
