Oleksii Haievyi 🇺🇦

Oleksii Haievyi has over five years of experience in design and user experience roles. Oleksii is currently the Head of Design Office at Digicode, where they lead and manages design practitioners while also collaborating with the product team to align designs with company strategy. Previously, they served as the Head of Design Department at Outright Digital from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a User Experience Designer at Upwork from 2014 to 2021. Oleksii also had a role in User Experience Design at The Negotiation Experts from 2019 to 2020. In addition, they have experience as a UI/UX Designer at Beetroot - The home of great teams from 2016 to 2018.

Oleksii Haievyi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in business administration, which they obtained from the Poltava Cooperative Institute between the years 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Poltava V.G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University from 2010 to 2014. At the university, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English and German Philology, specializing in History and Archeology.

Additionally, Oleksii Haievyi has obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. These include the "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" certification from Google, which they achieved in August 2023. Oleksii also completed the "Delivery Management Program" from MindsetPM in November 2021, and the "UI/UX Animation" course at Projector Institute in July 2021. In December 2017, they completed the "UX & Web Design Master Course: Strategy, Design, Development" and the "User Experience Design Fundamentals" courses, both offered by Udemy.
