Beau Hornsby

Beau Hornsby has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Beau started their career in 1993 in the United States Marine Corps, where they rose to the position of Master Gunnery Sergeant. In 2016, they joined the United States Marine Forces Reserve 4th Marine Division as an Operations Chief, where they provided valuable advice and support on training, deployment, and tactical employment.

In 2014, Hornsby worked as the Operations Chief at The Basic School, a role in which they provided guidance and support on training and operations for newly commissioned Marine Corps officers. Beau also served as the Special Duty Assignments Chief at Manpower and Reserve Affairs, HQMC, where they were responsible for screening, selecting, and assigning combat instructors and security forces personnel.

Hornsby's work experience also includes senior advisory roles.
